Hello everyone,
I’ve been using Avast Free Antivirus for a good while now. I am very pleased with it thus far. However, I’ve found that in my last Remote Assistance session, the connection on MY side dropped after what appeared to be after EXACTLY one hour. My client’s side said they were still being controlled remotely, but the Remote Assistance window was nowhere to be found on my screen or in Task Manager.
I’ve already reached out to the support number, but I had some difficulty understanding the rep.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Can anyone confirm this is simply a limitation of the free version? Or shall I chalk this up to an anomaly?
