signed up for free trial and was given a pass code, when I entered it , I got a message saying it had already been used. What now

Hi, is it possible that this activation code is already activated on the device? Often times the activation is automatic if you get the trial through the application itself.
You can check the expiration date (or the “next payment date”) of your current subscription in the menu “My Subscriptions” directly in the application (exact steps may differ in different products).
