FREE TRIAL ISSUE! URGENT!

I downloaded the free trial of the Avast Internet Security and was offered to extend my free trial by 60 days if i agreed to place a direct debit that would not charge me if i cancelled within 60 days and also applied for the Clean Up tool the same process. Both products I have not recieved and not been sent an email confirmation regarding them. Considering I’ve had to dish out details for direct debits to be put in place I find this very odd.

That didnt help and I have cancelled all the direct debit payments. Avast are crafty and obviously wait right until the end of the supposed trial period of a full product that doesn’t even activate and no email confirmations were sent. AVOID AVAST.

From the looks of it on this forum, I am not the only case of them trying to get sneaky payments.
