is that then activated each time one switches on
and is that then the computer scan
what i need is a time when it willbe automatically scheduled but cant see this function to set it
am i missing something
boot scan only happen once when sett…
boot scan is not ment to be used as a regular scan…it is a specialised tool to be used in certain cases
The boot time schedule is for that time only when you reboot your comp, or when you turn it off and then next time you boot, it will run.
Boot scan is there for when Avast! itself asks for it. Not need to run it yourself.
If you want to schedule a fast or complete scan:
Open avast! > Scan Computer > Choose fast or full system scan > More details > Settings > Scheduling
