Free version - Not updating won't uninstall.

My virus definitions are out of date, last update shows 11/2018. It shows that I need to update, and in fact shows the update is in progress, step 1 of 3. Can’t get it to move from there.

I have tried to Repair - it said it successfully repaired it and had me reboot. Still doesn’t work.
I have tried to delete and re-install - says setup is already running, please try again later. (says so after reboot too) Tried again later, same message.

When I try to delete, it offers a log or exit. I hit the log, and the log viewer is BLANK.

So I cant uninstall it and I can’t update it. Any help or suggestions?

Also, your website verification requires 2018 instead of 2019 to post!! Guess we are starting the year over again.

Even tho the topic is different, the fix is the same.

I’d also make a point of using the offline installer.
