why is this program not free for business or home type people? thanks. also does anyone know how to get help from support or is this the room to be asking ?s
Sorry I really don’t understand your question as avast has a free version (I’m using it) for Home, non-commercial use (both conditions have to be met). If you use your computer for any business/commercial purposes (including non-profit, etc.) be that at home or elsewhere then you have to buy the Pro version.

There is also the technical support page (where you can submit a ticket) here…
However, I’m not sure if support in this manner is provided for the free version.
