Have a virus called

freewordgen.exe

Avast catches the virus/trojan however it cannot remove, move or rename it. I have tried restart option too. Cannot seem to find any information on this virus…

Please help!

SP3 Has been available for over 5 months and has quite a few security updates.

In IE go to Tools then Windows Update.

By the way, next Tuesday is Patch Tuesday and a couple of Updates are scheduled.
