Changelog/Fixes:
- The SSL handling has been completely reworked and there are no more "SSL warnings" and no required steps to make the mailshield work with SSL.
- Added Chest.
- Fileshield now by defaults moves found infections into the chest.
- WebShield and MailShield now handles secured protocols (HTTPS, POPS, IMAPS) much better (and it is enabled by default for mail shield).
- Many minor bug fixes and enhancements.
- Although upgrading from a beta version may work, it is highly recommended to uninstall the previous beta version and install 38397 "from  scratch".
- Thanks to all who have tested the beta version(s) and reported issues.

SSL should be NOT disabled in the mail server settings of your mail client anymore, when using this version (and any later version). Please check the mail account configuration and alternatively switch SSL back to "enabled".

1. MCShield (Übernimmt DJ - Danke)

SPECIFIC INFECTIONS LOGS

Additional programme to run and install if you have used an infected USB stick

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives

Plug in the drive and MCShield will start a scan

Then get the log which will be here :

Start > all programs > MCShield > logs > all scans

2. RogueKiller (Übernimmt DJ - Danke)

If you have the hard drive infection and are no longer able to see your files/folders/start menu then do not run any temporary file cleaners but download and run the following programme:
 

    Download RogueKiller  and save it on your desktop.
     
    NOTE: If using IE8 or better Smartscreen Filter will need to be disabled

    Quit all programs
    Start RogueKiller.exe.
    Wait until Prescan has finished ... 
        Click on Scan

   
    Wait for the end of the scan. 
    The report has been created on the desktop. 
    Click on the Delete button.

  
    The report has been created on the desktop.

    Next click on the ShortcutsFix   

    The report has been created on the desktop.

Please attach:    All RKreport.txt text files located on your desktop.

3. FRST (Übernimmt DJ - Danke)

If you cannot  Boot the computer

Please print these instruction out so that you know what you are doing

    Download OTLPENet.exe to your desktop
    Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
    Ensure that you have a blank CD in the drive
    Double click OTLPENet.exe and this will then open imgburn  to burn the file to CD
    Reboot your system using the boot CD you just created.

Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps here

    As the CD needs to detect your hardware and load the operating system, I would recommend a nice cup of tea whilst it loads  :)
    Your system should now display a Reatogo desktop.

Note : as you are running from CD it is not exactly speedy

    Insert the flash drive with FRST on it
    Locate the flash drive and run FSRT
    The tool will start to run. 


    When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    Press Scan button.
    It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.

hätte vielleicht auch was übersetzt aber Berufsschule :slight_smile: bin seit heute morgen um 4 auf den Beinen. :-):-):slight_smile: vielleicht wenn ich zu hause bin.
