Frequent malware popups from Chrome

Today for some reason I keep getting malware block popups from Avast, when browsing Chrome.
Here’s a screenshot of it.

I ran scans in Avast and Malwarebytes but it still kept going.
I’ll attach the required logs, please tell me if there is anything I can do to fix this.

Same here, MBAM scan shows nothing for me.

Possible ads on the site you visit comes from a blacklisted URL

Weird, seeing as I haven’t visited any different sites today.
Still, it’s just ads you think? Is it anything to worry about?

Lets wait and see what essexboy find in your logs ...

I’m having the very same issue with the same type of pop-up and same name of threat. Hope a solution is found.

Let me know if this stops it, we may need to re-install Chrome

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73555776/FRSTfix.JPG

Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.

[*]Close all open programs and internet browsers.
[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
[*]Click on Scan.
[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok.
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
[*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
[*]You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S0].txt as well.

In the meantime, I removed the domain from our blacklist - this seems to be just powering ads…
No reason not to follow essexboy’s advice to clean up your computer though ;)!

For me, the problem fixed itself - either these sites are no longer using that add-program or maybe Avast took it off the blocked list or whatever but for the time being the issue seems to have resolved itself. Thx to Essexboy for his suggestion though.

as HonazaZ (from avast team) say, he removed the block
