My friend’s computer has been acting really glitchy and unresponsive lately, so I recommended that she download and scan with avast. She did so, and this is what her scan log looks like http://imgur.com/JgYXm
It shows up hundreds of password protected files which can not be scanned.
I have attached the logs OTL.txt, the MBAM log, and the ASWmbr log.
However, the extras.txt log did not appear after we had scanned with OTL.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
files that can not be scanned are just that, it does not mean they are infected
avast is just giving you a scan error report and the reason why
many programs protect there files with password, usually security programs but others also
try doing some house cleaning with CCleaner and ATF cleaner

i also see that she have avast and AVG installed
installing multiple AV will result in a slow machine and may aso give mysterious windows erros and false positive detections
so one AV must be uninstalled… find uninstall tool in the link belowe
run and reboot - Uninstallers – Security Software - http://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/
malware removers are notified and will check the logs. it may take severalhours before one arrive
Also do a disk Defragment

I ran the cleaners and ran the disk defragmenters and also deleted AVG, I appreciate the help thank you guys.
