Full Download of Install (as Opposed to Installer)?

Newbie has old, unprotected (except for firewall and NAT router), Windows 7 computer; needs antivirus (at least).

I just tried to download a copy of Avast Free Antivirus (which appears to still support Windows 7) and found it was only an installer. (I suppose the same applies to Avast Premium Security?)

I don’t dare connect this old computer to the Internet until I have an antivirus (at least) installed. Is it possible to download the full software on another (protected, Windows 10) computer to install on the unprotected one?
