Full Scan gets stuck at 28%

Hello, as the title of the post says, the full scan gets stuck at 28%. I’m using Avast Premium, I’ve done a clean install, still doesn’t move past 28%. Usually gets stuck at an “SVC” file of some kind.

I’m not really sure what to do here, I’ve done everything I can think of.

Any help would seriously be appreciated.

Hi, could you provide us with the log file/support file ID, please?

  1. Try to use the “Repair” function
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the antivirus
  3. If those doesn’t work, it’s maybe something from the scan settings. Maybe you selected the maximum sensitivity or you checked the option to test the entire file.
