Hi. We schedule a full scan through ADNM [hence why it’s here in this forum] every Wednesday night. Of the 110+ systems about 25 or so use Outlook 2003 [including me].
For whatever reason, one one system has a problem where if Outlook 2003 was left open during the scan, the user must close Outlook after the scan. If not, Outlook will complain when trying to open ANY message that the PST file is in use by another application.
No malware/virii detected in the PST file according to ADNM.
I keep my Outlook open and I’m sure most of the others also.
Any ideas why this happens?
Thanks
