Scan results reports “some files could not be scanned.” They are all avast files. Avast reports the files as in a directory named 2070201 that does not exist. The actual directory is named 2070202, and all the files are there that Avast reports as being in the non-existent directory. It reports "Error: The system cannot find the path specified (3). I never specified the path. Why does Avast misreport the location of its own file locations and then report an error finding the “specified” path?
Nothing to worry about. avast! did clean up some old defs while scanning, that’s why it couldn’t be found.
