Full Scan stalls at around 80%

Full Scan stalls at around 80%. Been sitting at same value for 2hrs.

Avast Internet Security V18.6. on Windows 10

Have you tried a simple ‘repair’ of you Avast installation
In Avast go to Menu/Settings/Troubleshooting and click ‘Repair App’ follow instructions.
Any other Security software installed?

I don’t see that setting or button in either my Avast Free installations on XP Pro SP3 or Win10 systems. At first I thought it might be an XP thing, but the same Troubleshooting options.

Both of these have the latest regular release version 18.6.2349 ???

Sorry guys, my bad.
The betas are so smooth I forgot that it was on the beta version. I was referring to (my own installation).

Edit:
To do a Repair: Go to Programs(Add & Remove)Features/Select Avast/click on Uninstall then choose ‘Repair’
Follow instructions.
