Full system scan could not scan all fies

Ran a scan and this came up

C:\Program Data\Microsoft Windows\App Repository\State Repository-Machine.srd.shm

Error: The Process cannot access the file because another process locked a portion of the file (33)

Is this anything to be concerned about.

Edit: Windows 10 64 bit
