full system scan does not find anything, however Network Shield keeps popping up

Please Help… Whenever I try using a browser (IE, Firefox or Chrome), nothing can open and Avast Network Shield keeps popping up while browser is open. However, Avast full system scan results in no findings.

I saw another topic entitled “Malicious URL Blocked Spam Message”, but there was a statement “Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems”, so I am posting a new message instead of following those instructions.

I am sending this via my Tablet.

This is an underlying infection that the network shield is blocking access (from getting worse) to malicious sites to download more malware, etc.
