Has anyone found a fix for full virus scan stuck at 100%? The program won’t reset when i reboot my win10 pc but continues to show full scan 100% and never finishes.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
I rarely ever run On Demand scans, so I have never experienced this.
However, I have experienced a point when the Avast UI screen wouldn’t close, not answering to the ‘X’ close option. I used the old Windows Close window keyboard shortcut. Alt+F4 key function. I don’t know if this might work for you.
Are you able to access the Avast UI > Settings > General > Troubleshooting > Repair App ?
Running that may have an effect.
