fuzzy screen, lock mouse, black screen

Hi, how are you?
I have a problem with my notebook (Toshiba Satellite).
After 1-10 minuts on my logon in WIN XP SP2 my screen freak.
I have fuzzy screen, some time lock mouse and some time after a have black screen and i must reboot computer.
AVAST, find virus WIN32.CTX when i try active Panda on-line. After i do re-scan of my disk in DOS mode with AVAST and delete virus. in next scan antivirus found null.
and for 2 day was all ok.
But now a have this same problem.
what is strange my friend have this same problem with nootebook (Samsung).
We buy our computer in this same provider, but i 2 week before. (4-5 mouth ago)
what is strange my friend have this same problem after 2 week confront to me.
What do?

Which firewall are you using?
Do you see anything important into avast logs? and Windows Events (Antivirus tab)?

Unfortunatelly, a well-known problem of Panda not encrypting its signatures :stuck_out_tongue:

and in BIOS we have some problem with screen. and is not hardware problem.

What does avast have anything to do with BIOS settings? ::slight_smile: ???

I don’t know… if you run a through scanning with avast you can post what’s wrong… ::slight_smile:

i have problem with freak screen in BIOS too.
