My Avast Ultimate subscription expired today and instead of taking the option offered by Avast to renew to a monthly subscription I went and bought a 3 year subscription from G2A. They sent me a 14 digit number but that does not appear to be a valid Activation Key?
Can anyone please advise me how to revive my Avast protection?
I got a 3 year from ebay with a credit card code sent and that was 18 digits laid out like xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxx
im guessing you need to get back to G2A for a fix or a refund.
I now have the Avast Activation Code. The G2A email did not give it to me but after I logged in to my account at G2A I could access My Keys and found the Activation Code there.
So, all is well now, but it would have been much better if they included the Key/Code with the email advice.
