avast ha quarantined my game nd idk how to get it back plz help me
You can open the Quarantine (Right click that option from the Avast Tray icon.
In the Quarantine you can elect to restore and add an exception for the program. However there is a risk in doing this, given Avast feels it is suspect (but you provided no details on why). Even then it may be what the game is doing (e.g. what connections it might make).
From within the Quarantine you could elect to send it for analysis.
A screenshot of that alert prior to having been sent to Quarantine could have been helpful.
