Yes, I have run CF but I’m not finding any log @ C:\Combofix.txt. I’m doing a search for it now.

I understand, Magna, and I hope I didn’t offend at all. The truth is that I have paid several times to try to resolve this with no success so I thought I would try the research and DIY angle. With that said, I certainly understand your perspective. Apologies for the time I’ve taken.

Hints.
- use just one AV …
- uninstall and then clean the bundled software (PUP, also knows as adware, bad toolbar, hijacker …). Search for AdwCleaner
- clean your browsers for bad “staff” or reset them to defaults.
This should help a lot.
