General backup error

Hello!

I have a problem with backup - each time I do it a message appears: “A general backup error occured (reason unknown)”. Interesting thing is that during the process my contacts, messages and calls were backed-up, but not photos. Can anyone help?

Hi All at Avast,
I also have the same backup error, I have un-installed and re-installed the app , but no success.
