I then get pop up the instruction at 0x009a96bc referenced memory could not be written click ok to terminate program or click cancel to debug. I have ran virus scan in safe mode and reg. nothing detected, I have ran spyware… any help would be greatly appreciated…

Seems to be a common problem, possibly related to HP software/drivers.

Have you installed anything from HP recently?

yes I did and I found that hp had an update which took care of the problem. Thank You for your reply ;D

Glad you found the solution.
