had major issues with lates program update with system would not boot, into safe mode spot on, knew straight away was latest avast update so uninstalled internet security for normal boot, scanned pc foe leftove file plus registry,cleaned all. mate found a solution of installing 884 version internet security to find installed and updated to lated update/defenitions, to find today when accessing network utility to get GeoIP failed Error 0x00000006. all help appreciated. utility used alot
