Getting a load of gobbligook in my sent emails

Please can someone advise how to stop this?

Basically each email I write has this tacked on immediately after my signature:-

l

Virus-free. www.avast.com

Sometimes my messages wont send and in this case I have to change to plain text which seems to sort it, both issues started at the same time so i assume they are related?

If I can’t stop it I will have to replace Avast with another security programme.

Thanks for any advice

Philip

Ofcourse you can stop it as has been explained many times.
Disable the inserting of the avast email signature.

AvastUI > Settings > General > ‘Enable Avast email signature’ - uncheck this option.

Wow, you are a real piece of work. If questions annoy you so much perhaps you should delete your account
maybe the op doesn’t know what html looks like

Unless the OP is a real moron (which I don’t think he/she) is, he can search, think, read and would have been able to find the solution just by reading the FAQ and/or a couple of posts on this webboard.
Although computers can do a lot in a very short time, the user still need to use his brain.

Or, you could have answered it the way DavidR did.
That would have resulted in a happy customer instead of a disgruntled customer.
