Getting a refund from Avast

I have somehow ended up with 2 subscriptions to Avast. A Avast Cleanup and Avast Premium Security.
I was sure I had cancelled the Avast Premium Security within the 30 days but I have just seen it being charged to my account.
I also did not intend to subscribe to Avast Cleanup. I installed to an old laptop in an effort to get it working. It didn’t work and the laptop does not work properly.
Now I am paying for 2 subscritons I dont want and there is no way to contact Avast. You just go on the AI roundabout. How do you get to speak to a human? Do Avast hire any?
And I’m wasting my time trying to contact rather than getting on with my life. And my laptop is acting weird since installing this stuff.
