Getting alerts my subscription has expired but it has 6 months to go

My Internet Security subscription for 3 PCs has 6 months to go yet I am getting alerts that it is expired and that I need to renew it.
The message is even on the same 'Your Subscription" page as the subscription date which clearly shows it is not expired!

go to add/remove and click on repair. Follow the instructions. Once done, restart your computer manually.

Clicked on add repair and rebooted twice. Now I have 176 days showing on the subscription
