I’m getting an error message when I sign into one site. It warns
me about tiny pic but I haven’t used that site in years. how can I clear this out?
It can only be cleared if it is found to be clean.
You can get an idea by checking other sites.
There are sites that can also check a site link and or file upload.

If they are generally indicating it is clean/clear then you can report it to Avast:
