Getting Firefox in a Different Language

Hello, I have Firefox in English right now.

How can I also switch so that I can see Firefox in another language, such as French?

Do I have to download the entire Firefox again but as the French version?

It just seems odd to have two seperate Firefoxes, one for English and one for another language, instead of just being able to switch the language within Firefox

Just look at this page at PortableApps.com site: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization . Though they work on portable versions, you can easily use Method 2: Language Packs and Locale Switcher with desktop versions.
