getting hosed by AVAST

Does anyone know how to contact AVAST to remove computers and not get charged for computers that are on the ash heap. These xxx overcharged me for 5 computers and there is no way to get an answer from them using their site that I have found. When I go top the website, there is no contact us button, just a link to FAQ, I didn’t auto renew, in fact I canceled auto renew . In fact this is the only link I have found that has real people.

Eh, is it really that difficult to visit the website, click on menu, click on support ?

Before auto-renewal takes place you will get at least two notifications about it.
It is your own choice to disable it or not.
If you don’t, than yes the license(s) will be renewed and you will have to pay for it.
