Getting message of URL infected with URL:Blacklist. how to avoid them ?

I am getting one message below every now and then. How to avoid it or resolve it ?

" We’ve safely aboarted connection on x.x.x.x because it was infected with URL:blacklist

Hi,

This is normally related to modified software. Did you recently download and install something like this? If so, you should uninstall it and delete all of its files.
