Getting money back! Abysmal serice from Avast

Hi
I have been with Avast since its inception. I have been trying to contact support to get money taken from my account after my subscriptions were cancelled and refunded.
It is impossible to get help. Just noticed that Avast are now affiliated with Norton. Perhaps that explains things. At present £90 has been taken without my knowledge from my business account and I can find no way to contact anyone. This service is abysmal to say the least!

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
