Getting notification that license is about to expire

I am using Avast For Business Cloud - Basic Antivirus.

With the new update I noticed in the user interface it says “Uh Oh. Your license is about to expire. Please contact your administrator.” Not sure what this means since we are on the free plan.

I checked the admin web interface but nothing shows anything about the license expiring or renewal.

What does this mean?

I think you can safely ignore it for now. It means that Avast engineers have some bugs to work out. Many of us have this same problem.
