Unable to insert the license file. The signature is invalid. The file is corrupted or modified. Have had this now for months, have run reinstalls and reboots for days on end. Why am I paying for a product that plain fails! Yes I will go to support, but I have far better things to spend my days on than reinstalling and correcting AV time after time.

How are you trying to insert the licence file
Where did you got the license file from ?
Are you sure it is for the avast version you are trying to install and not for another product from avast ?
Is (or was) there any other av installed on the system ?
