I have had the already discussed, IOCTL error “the ioctl call made by the application program is not correct”, and the error in the attached screen capture - “Unable to start scan. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.”.
I own MB Home Premium, and I have run it with the Rootkit option selected and did a Custom C: drive ENTIRE HARD DRIVE scan - no infections found.
My son and I use the computer mostly to watch Web-based TV stations, and for photography use (Lightroom/Photoshop CC)…
