Seems to be related to downloading Windows 10 for USB iso etc.
No trouble with other Microsoft pages

Works for me, no issues.

Both of those don’t work for me, might be as Asyn said because we already have Win 10.
Second one should work as it is to download a ISO in case W10 needs to be installed again.
Nope, I wonder if it has something to do with croftypedro and myself both using the same internet provider ( Telstra )

Unfortunately not, don’t think I’ll be going to look for one either at 1am in the morning 
Hmmm, wouldn’t make much sense if your ISP blocks this page, but who knows… :-\
I remember not being able to visit certain sites/pages and it turned out to be a wrong setting on one of my ISP’s servers.
Same issue here a few hours ago, all ok now.
Both the au and us download sites now work, it would have been a screw up with the ISP no doubt.
All working here fine now.
