GG error after upgrade to 4.6.603

After upgrade Avast Home to latest version 4.6.603 appear problem with communication via GG communicator v6.1 bulid 156 (latest).
During start a conversation, before a window appears errors:

For now work around is, turnoff new features “Web Shield”
Somebody knows how to deliver the bug to technical support?

Did you allow ashwebsv.exe in your firewall?
If not, do so and see if the problem is solved.

It was tested without firewall :slight_smile:
One way is turn off Web Shield. When ad’s are blocked Avast should insert a message with information instead of errors :smiley:

What is GG communicator ?? :slight_smile:

If I’m correct he means GG = Gadu Gadu Communicator.
Some sort of irc like IM application.

But can’t tell you more. All webpages about them I see are in Polish.

It is possible to solve problem in Web Shield by add to blocked url’s
http://adserver.gadu-gadu.pl but for me it’s only temporarily solution :slight_smile:

Don’t deliberate about blocking GG’s ads - just do it :slight_smile: Displaying advertisements isn’t the most required function of Instant Messenger :slight_smile:

Ty się nie zastanawiaj, tylko blokuj te Gadu-Gadowe reklamy :). Wyświetlanie reklam to nie jest najbardziej potrzebna funkcja komunikatora :slight_smile:

I discussing about bug in program. :stuck_out_tongue:
I know how to correct it and how to block advertisement :slight_smile:
But it’s commercial software so should be corrected asap. >:(
