If it is technically possible, why don’t you enable the focus in the password box while opening the application? There is only one option: use the keyboard and write down the password or click the Esc button. So, why doesn’t it receive focus and automatically start the keyboard to type?
Sorry, I’ve written as a PC user… The focus is there, just that the keyboard is not automatically opened, is there a way to do so?

That’s because we are awesome! Nah, your feedback is always welcome, no worries, it’s just that we took focus on the password dialog recently (was kinda annoying so we wanted to improve the user experience of that).
