Glitch notice when trying to update acct info

yes, it just happened to me, too

I tried to update the ZIP code associated with my new credit card.

I contacted Customer Support, had a chat with a nice guy.
It turned out he could not update that data field either. Nor the old address.
He was not allowed. And I could not, by design.
And ZIP code is not important (but it is there, in the interface, ready to be updated)

So now the issue is escalated to “next level”.
I guess everyone needs to eat a bread.

Who designs these systems?? I would like to have a chat with them and see how they think.
