GMail and Stunnel but clean notes will not insert

Thanks to the good people of this forum I have avast checking my gmail using stunnel. My blue globe is spinning.

I have asked the scanner to insert clean notes for inbound and outbound mail but none are showing.

Any ideas?

Don’t forget that you will not see the inserted note in the ‘Sent Items’ folder of your mail program, because avast adds the note after the mail leaves the mail program. I have both Inbound and Outbound clean notes in GMail with avast :slight_smile:

What’s your secret?
I’ve checked the necessary boxes in ‘Internet Mail’. Definitely not getting Inbox clean note nor Outbox clean note (I’ve checked by sending messages to the kids’).
Is there something obvious I am missing?

Answer = uncheck ‘ignore local communication’ in Redirect tab of Internet Mail.

Bit obvious now ;D
