Gmail virus? I think not

Hello, I’ve been using avast! for a few years now(i think, i’m getting so old  )

I just signed into my Gmail account and THIS popped up:

http://www.robaction.com/psbb/gmail-virus.png

I’ve never had this problem before. When I clicked ‘abort connection’ I noticed an email from my hosting provider via PayPal was ‘messed up’, it showed like scrambled text. I know that email isnt a virus b/c its from my hosting provider, I already paid them and its about a week old.

Just wondering maybe avast! had a brain fart or something? Thanks and thank you for a great product

my system info:
Mozilla Firefox 1.5.0.2
Windows XP Pro with all updates as of yesterday morning(havent checked today, read something about a patch on Slashdot)
I also have Zonealarm as my firewall with their privacy settings thing disabled

This message came from WebShield scanning the http traffic and most probably, giving a false positive answer to it.
Can you post the whole link? (maybe adding some blank spaces on it and avoiding us to be blocked to this avast forum page)
Can you scan this link with Dr. Web context-menu scanner?

Thanks for posting anyway…

full link:

Dr. Web resluts:

File size: 208 bytes

unp22093987 - archive HTML
>unp22093987/Script.0 - OK
unp22093987 - OK

I cannot reach this link (even changing the last slash from \ to / ).
I automaticaly come to Gmail login page

But for your Dr. Web tests… seems really a false positive…

Yea, me either, you have to be logged into Gmail and it had to be the session when it was logged in.

I’m pretty sure its a false postitive as well. Dr. Web says its OK and I did a scan and everything is fine.

Thanks

I logged in my gmail account and not virus alert poped
