I tried to do it the way YOU say so, using your order number YOU sent me, do not patronise me!
I now have to go to the bank to ensure you take no funds from my account as you have done so to others!
It has taken hours of grief and am still very wary and do NOT TRUST AVAS.
Watch out for a call from Watchdog, will be very interesting, oh and by the way, I will not be the only one talking with them, so you have a nice day x

You have a problem, post it here and within 2 hrs your problem was addressed and solved.
It may not be instant gratification but it sure comes close.
