I have an expired Premium Security subscription for ten devices, and I now have one device. How can I request a replacement?

Avast is a giant company and doesn’t have an employee to translate from Arabic?
Avast should make things easier for customers and create a feature in their personal account to easily communicate with them.
I have now stopped renewing the product because I want it on one device.
I have not received a response from the company.

You mean, (1) you had 10 device license before but was expired, (2) you now only have 1 device for Avast, and (3) you want a license for just 1 device?
If so, the easiest way is just to buy proper one from official websites. As your old license is already expired, nothing would stop it.
