Google Invalid: "Go premium" for Mobile Security

For over an hour I’ve been trying to pay for Mobile Premium service on my UK galaxy S2 (gingerbread.)

The GO PREMIUM button leads to the error message:

“Your Google Account credentials are invalid. Please fix this issue before retrying.”

My Google account seems fine so I’m confused as to what “credentials” are supposedly invalid. Without being more specific I can’t solve the problem, which may as well be an programming error in dealing with accounts as an error on my or Googles part. Who knows. Not enough information.

P.S.
I specifically wish to pay £2 per month to trial the software. The Avast website payment is for a $15 payment only it seems.

Edit----

For clarity I note that I’ve attempted “Go Premium” from the free Mobile security app. (The app is working perfectly well except for this unresolved issue.)

Hi can you email me to holzner@avast.com your google account email address.

emailed.

Thanks for your help reinhard! Hope you find the solution

Hello, this seems to have been forgotten about… any news?

Any ideas? I can’t pay as it is and will have to consider other companies if I don’t find a solution.

Thanks

Edit:
