Google is online but isn't responding to connection attempts

Does anyone know why the Google website keeps timing out? I can’t access Gmail, so what’s going on?

Diagnostic Message:

"Website (www.google.com) is online but isn’t responding to connection attempts.

The remote computer isn’t responding to connections on port 80, possibly due to firewall or security policy settings, or because it might be temporarily unavailable. Windows couldn’t find any problems with the firewall on your computer."

I can login to my Gmail account with no problem just as usual. The problem is in your end not Google.
