google redirect virus

Hi guys

When I do a search on google, it seems to not respond for a short while, then I get a bunch of results on yahoo suddenly, with this message highlighted in purple:

The requested URL “https://ipv4.google.com/sorry/IndexRedirect?hsimp=yhse-001” cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

Then there are a bunch of results for how to fix the google redirect virus. I looked at the ehow link, and it mentions, amongst other things, that I need to download and install an antivirus removal too. This doesnt sound right to me, so I need your help, please.

FYI, I live in China, and i get this problem with and without my VPN running.

Does this occur in all your browsers ?

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

[*]Please attach both logs generated.
