I use neither of those programs but hopefully someone here can help you with the problem.
No it didn’t and I exactly followed steps suggested by you.
It seems that Windows Vista Home Premium users need to know how Windows 7 is so much better and even they can figure out what country they are in and update their profile like most users do. ???
