Got 2 trojan horses today, and AVG says it can't remove them bc they are too dif

I was brought here by an AVG forum moderator who said to “get information about logs: how to get them and how to use them, then come back and attach the logs at the AVG forum”.
Please help.

Unless they have someone who is a malware removal specialist, they are unlikely to be able to do much with the logs. If they have a qualified malware removal specialist, I would have thought that they would have their own routine, information and access to the various tools.

There is a topic with information on how to get and run the tools to obtain the logs, but that doesn’t analyse them, that has to be done by a malware removal specialist. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

I would be a little embarrassed having to send a user to an other AVs support forum for assistance.
