I was charged for an automatic renewal when my account says “subscription status canceled - renewal type manual” order id.15928208600. I submited a ticket “id. 125947” 26 days ago, and only one ticket. It still shows as being processed. Can someone help me out with this please?

You indeed have cancelled the auto-renewal for your Avast Internet Security but didn’t cancel it for your Avast Cleanup.
You were sent two notifications, please note that if the order ID is different than the one you had cancelled, it most probably means that it is a different subscription with different auto-renewal rules.
I’ll cancel it and refund it now.

AVAST! SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL - ORDER 19739706
My normal subscription renewal date is October, with recent annual payments being taken as follows:
14 Oct 2014 - 29.99GBP
1 Oct 2015 - 34.99GBP (to cover up until 31 Sept 2016).
However, another 34.99GBP was taken incorrectly on 14 Jan 2016 and needs to be refunded.
Reported to Avast.

I typed it. Strangely enough, though, I’ve just tried again and it regestered as a ticket first time! So we’ll see my complaint is processed!
